Always great service. Very understanding, and they don't talk down to you like other places do. They act like real people and it's a relief. I've been going here for a few years for my car stuff and I couldn't be happier. I've never had a problem and they've done some pretty serious stuff to my car. If it means anything, I'm a woman and I've gone there several times and I don't feel the need to bring a man with me- they talk to me exactly the same way whether or not there's a dude with me. That rules.

Unbelievable..So we took our truck to Firestone for brake line repair last week..And it comes back running really bad all my kind of lights come on..Lift the hood and air intake wasn't connected and fell off..Thank God my hubby had idea and I didn't get stranded somewhere with my kids..Smh .With the price to fix brake line you think they make sure everything intact after they do their courtesy routine checks.not happy customer say the least.
