Amazing company. Anyone doing business here will be in very good hands. These folks are all about great customer service, and their service does not end after the sale. First, you should know that we live in Southern California (yep, not local). I share that because I want to underscore the superb customer service that Liberty Mobility provided to us, despite being on the opposite coast. Our experience with them: Liberty Mobility had a listing on eBay for a used, high end electronic shower chair. Their listing had a Best Offer option on it. We submitted an offer on Thanksgiving day (we figured someone from the company would finally see our offer on Monday, after the Thanksgiving weekend). Much to our surprise, our offer was accepted on Thanksgiving day! The chair was prepared for heavy freight shipment across country (they emailed us a couple of pictures to show us how the chair was packed—anchored to a pallet, shrink wrapped, and boxed). The freight company picked up the chair from Liberty Mobility on the Monday after Thanksgiving, and it arrived about 10 days later. Along the way, there was a mishap with the freight company (the chair wasn’t packed the same upon arrival, and there was some evidence of the seat having been struck). The electronics of the chair worked fine, except for one function. We exchanged emails with Paul and Justin from Liberty Mobility a few times (we always received very quick responses) and then we spoke with Paul a few more times by phone. Every single exchange with them was positive (including giving us the option of having the chair picked up and returned to them for a full refund). We wanted to keep the chair, but the two issues of concern were: the seat cushion was gouged from whatever had landed on it, and that one electronic function that wasn’t working. Paul sourced a new cushion for the chair, and we had that replacement in about a week. We noticed that when we pressed the remote button for that one function that wasn’t working, there was a ”clunk” sound coming from the back of the chair. There is a small, removable panel in that area, so we suggested that we could remove the screws, and Facetime with Paul so he could look at what was behind that panel, and maybe diagnose what was/wasn’t happening during that “clunk” sound. Paul noticed that one side had a little lever that wasn’t quite popping over into position like the other side. He had me press it in the desired direction of travel, and after that, it worked (and continues to work just fine). (Paul figured that whatever landed on that chair during the freight transport had caused the problem.) We are so glad that it was such an easy issue to resolve. We are grateful for the help that this electronic shower chair has afforded us, and so glad that we purchased it from Liberty Mobility. We figure that if a company that is 3,000 miles away is as customer service oriented as we experienced, anyone who is looking for mobility equipment locally has absolutely nothing to worry about when considering Liberty Mobility. Our sincere thanks to them for being such a reputable company!

Saw the great reviews posted for Liberty Mobility and was interested in purchasing a motorized chair for my Dad who has Parkinson’s. It was over an hour away from our home, but decided to make the trip. Reviews were spot on! Paul demonstrated different models of chairs that would benefit my Dad, and was very informative regarding the different choices as I had a list of questions regarding what we were looking for. Dad is left handed so he switched the controls while we waited and added a cup holder that I requested. We were out the door with a great piece of equipment which I delivered to my Dad later that day. He is very pleased as am I due to the great service.
