This place is the worst place to work at because they'll over work you for little pay, supervisors don't have respect for you especially if you're a female or of color, If you have allergies this is a terrible place for you for they don't clean their vents and have dust everywhere , the drinking water isn't safe (will be yellow or brown sometimes). The bathroom are disgusting. Im surprised that this place is still running because it's a fire hazard.I been working here for over a year and I'm still not at top pay, only making 12.80 for being a quality check 🙃 putting in my 2weeks soon

This place sucks, wouldn’t recommend it for anyone, supervisor on first shift downstairs doesn’t know how to talk to her employees, she will get mad at you and scream at you. Her name is Tonya Trivette, I don’t understand how she hasn’t gotten fire. She mistreated me and two other ladies, she’ll take her assistant side any time her name is Mary Sims, Mary doesn’t even know how to run any of the machines and all she does is sit on her butt all day doing nothing. They expect you to run all the machines with just two people, I wish someone would come and look at how they are running things there. This place won’t last if they keep treating people wrong.

Want to know why people don't stay long or the ones that have stayed for a few years leave eventually how bout asking the actual workers what sapona can do to make it better and not the ones that sit in the office ask the actual operators the ones that keep the place going. I worked there for four years. At first it was great I loved going in and didn't mind working over time when Donald lemmons was over third shift then they switched supervisors like three times. Then things got real bad when Marisol came down stairs. I put in my two weeks notice and I knew she would try something to get rid of me before then and she did but it didn't matter cause I only had three days left of my notice. I was coming off a concussion I had got from work and was suppose to go to the clinic that Thursday morning to get cleared to come back to full duty. I was of that Thursday night and Friday night. I came in Saturday night and she said I was suppose to be there Friday night if I got cleared and she said that she told me to be there. That's a lie. Look back at my history I never had a no call no show ever!!! And if I was suppose to be at work I was there or if not I have always called. She never told me to be there Friday night if I got cleared or I would have been!!!! she lies and talks bout the employees to other employees even bout their personal things. I swear on my kids she's the reason that shift is going to heck. Don't believe me ask other employees there like the operators they will tell you. But I'm so glad to be away from there cause I have a better job with better pay starting out at 13$ a hour and no top pay NO MANDATORY overtime!!! I have two weeks paid vacation I can take whenever I want 7 paid sick days and 5 unpaid personal days!!!! Thanks to Dart container I'm a happier person. I honestly hate the good workers that are stuck there. Oh I forgot maybe if you got rid of Bill Davis or had a talk with him on how he favors marisol and how he tries to intimidate the employees things might get better; I said might. Cause he has told me before along with other employees that he backs his supervisors no matter what. Like the operators are always wrong and his supervisors are never wrong cause they know what they are doing. I heard the CEO was a really great guy if he only knew half of went on in his company he would be furious. And half of them wouldn't have a job.
