Poor management. They weren’t going to honor the order placed through the app and when the worker called for management’s assistant on the issue they stood around the corner (in earshot by the way) and used the employee as their mouth piece to tell me they weren’t going to honor the order. Extremely passive way to handle a simple issue and I don’t respect people in a management position that use minimum wage workers to handle such issues. The two stars are for the worker that took my order and took the time to provide me with assistance. They did a great job at handling the situation and it is a shame the people they work for. Spoke with the General Manager after and she was even worse, not even a clue about customer service.

This is one of the best McDonald's around. Not only are they fast but their food is always accurate and always fresh. The people are also very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I have eaten here many times and never been disappointed or had to wait too long. I definitely recommend this over the other stores in the area.

Food tasted stale or no taste at all. Couldn't even put a little mayo on the chicken sandwich buns, have to dress our own darn food when we get home after paying $32.00 for fast food. Chicos eateries are all horrible, restaurants included.
