The selection is actually fairly diverse, and the employees are a joy to talk to. I often come here while the person I'm with is in another store or the salon. Pleasant conversations and great deals as well.

I went into the store today and the store smelled really really gross. It almost made me throw up the smell was so bad. We were looking for a game and no one was helping us and there were 3 other people working. I would not go back there with the store smelling that terrible!

Assuming you mean a exchange at sale price It depends you can return games and consoles if they are broken when purchased but most circumstances, no. But they do the usual trade in for credit or buy your stuff at around 20-30 percent cost unless it's a brand new item which you can get 50-60 percent a few weeks after release of said item. So pretty fair in the scheme of things
I don't think they sell phones at all there
If GameStop doesn't have the disk, they can check near by stores and have it delivered for you or you can go pick it up. Which I've never had a problem of them not having a game, I imagine they could order it for you.
Preowned are currently $269.99 and come with a free 1 year warranty. This promo ends on Christmas Eve.
Normally you will just have to give them your account info and they should be able to verify it but bring the receipt just in case.
