The folks here are nice enough, but the service is lacking. I tried to get something notarized and was told the person was at lunch and should be back in 10 or 15. I went to Harris Teeter thinking I would come back later in the day, but ended up being there longer so, on my way out, I checked to see if the person was back from lunch, but the weren't. No biggie. I asked how long they were open until and I was told six. I just pulled up, ten to six, and the store is closed. I schlepped over there in the rain to get this task completed and I'm frustrated that they aren't committed to their own hours.
