You don't necessarily NEED one, but you'll get the most help if you have one. I wouldn't recommend going on a Saturday either. It's so busy, and it seems like they're always a little understaffed on Saturdays! Hope this helps.

No, but if you anticipate needing alterations i would recommend it.
They do have a layaway plan but the length of time that you can have it on layaway is short. I think it is like 60 days.
They do not buy back but they do have an exchange/ credit policy within the limits
