I went to this Enterprise on a Saturday thinking it would be more convenient than the airport one, was I oh so wrong. We did the walk around on the car and I pointed out the extremely large gouge in the tire to the point where you could see the steel in the tire. I told them I am driving long distance so I cannot use this car. He then goes to his manager who then says, "We are too busy and all the cars are rented." They then proceeded to tell me I could take it or I can try a different location. He then slowly hands me a Post-it with 2 numbers on it. They didn't even offer to call and help me out. Will never be going here again!
