How much does it cost
We are an authorized dealer for Vespa, Piaggio, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Sea-Doo and Can-Am, but have pre-owned models as well

i think you can here in CT..if the motor is above 120cc is when it has to be registered and you have to be licensed...Stamford motorsports has a great selection
Yes it will start but u have to drive it for at least 20mins at 3000rpm
