Tonie would get 10 stars if I could give him that many! I bought a kirby (heritage ii) from an auction for $1.75...I knew it was old but also thought what the heck, they are good machines let's see what we got here. I drove up and brought the kirby in (by the way it was dirty, old and gross). He took a look, assessed it let me know what he saw and we made a plan of a tune up and a seal that needed changed. He told me he'd call if something he noticed later made it not worth it. Well he was done in a few days and when I picked it up I was shocked it looked like a sparkly new 30 year old machine. Very impressed! He also took the time to teach me all about it, even maintenance issues. He is a gem as is this shop!! Highly recommended! Edited to add: all of the bad reviews are for Kirby door to door sales NOT this gentleman's repair shop!
