What do you do when you need your car fixed by profetionals. Take it to a car wash. I hope they didn't mess that up also

I was there 4 months ago on a 43 dog transport from Monroe La. Our bus has a 200 amp. Alternator that quit working. We had it towed to pep boys becouse it was sunday and we new they were open sunday. As I said we had 43 dogs on ower transport and 30% of were pups. We had to get it fixed, a snow storm was moving in sunday night can't run the motor for heat. It was early and they check it out and said it was alternator. They took it off said AutoZone would have it. We waited around all day and they said that the auto zone alternator was not big enough amprage alt that we could only get it at the Dealer. (200 AMP)This van is Casey's transport not mine, just met here 2 days before when we left Monroe La. With 43 dogs going to middle vermont ) I talked to her about letting me fix it. She wanted me to discuss it with the manager of pep boys so I did. You have some people that that are not as informed as they should be in that kind of position. PAGE 1

You will have to special order parts like that, but go to the website and see if you can order them yourself, first. If you have no luck, call or visit the store to order them.
