It was our 1st time stopping at a Cook Out. Our food was very good and fresh. We were a little disappointed because they weren't open for dine-in, but when we looked it up before stopping, it was listed as open for dine-in on Google. It's not unusual at this point due to places having so much trouble getting enough staff hired. We were still glad we stopped and ate in our car before continuing on our travels.

I used to love CookOut but the Williamsburg, Ky one has made me never want to eat there again. I am currently sitting in my to car while my husband is getting our money back. This is why: They charged me for a large drink when I asked for a medium then handed me a medium, they gave us thumbnail size cheese bites but only 6 because apparently that's the set in stone rule, then they gave us a chicken sandwich patty the size of a chicken nugget, and of course to top it off they didn't make my hamburger correctly. I've been here before an it didn't used to be like this. I've came back after this kind ofI service before but enough is enough. I won't be returning.

I'm not mad I understand things happen but please make sure your cooking meat correctly. Raw meat can kill people. I'm praying my son's burger wasn't raw because he done had his eat before I could check his.

I wasn't particularly fond of the food there. Still offering four stars however because the staff was prompt and food was delivered with precision. My taste buds are of my own and shouldn't reflect their menu in whole.
