Worst experience ever. I had a minimally cracked computer screen I wanted fixed, and they told me they could repair it. They ended up not being able to find a replacement screen, so a few days later I went to go get my computer and not only was it cracked even more across the whole bottom screen, it now no longer even works on its own. I have to hook it up to another source to be able to use it. I am furious. 800 dollar computer. No offer of a partial reimbursement or NOTHING. Also, apparently it costs 37 dollars to hit search engines on ebay because they charged me for doing research that yielded nothing.I honestly cannot believe these people have been in business for 50 years. Place needs to be shut down. #sorry notsorry
