My wife and I had a great experience at Anderson Ford. From the initial phone call from Natalie to being treated like the sales team has known us for years. Nicky Nixon (Jerry) our sales representative was upfront and honest from the get go. He never used any high pressure tactics or shady sales tricks.He always made sure to ask my wife and I what we wanted out of the sales experience.and our vehicle purchase.

Call the service department, not sure if they do that service. It's a new owner at this location, not the same person it was 3 years ago.
They have a body shop at Anderson Ford now. It's new.

I did not find my last visit quick and there were only 2 people ahead of me... don't go around lunch time because unless it has changed in a month, they still go to lunch I shifts and are open but it took over 2 hours for a basic oil change.
