While waiting for our food order we witnessed every single customer in front of us come back with their bag because the food they received wasn't theirs or something was missing from their order. Worst part is I didn't see them throw away any of the food that was returned. They were just taking the returned food and passing it back out to other customers. We finally got our order after waiting 30 minutes and it was completely wrong. I didn't want to wait any longer and I didn't want food that someone else had touched so I got a refund. As a former restaurant manager I'm baffled by their lack of ability to bag even a single order correctly and disgusted by them taking food that had gone out, bagging it, and passing it back out to different customers. This happened 09/08/22 at 1:00-1:30pm.

Really bad experience at this Sheetz today. I paid for my gas at the pump someone must’ve had a card reader on it because less than 30 minutes after that my card had been charged for a lot of money. after reaching out to my bank I reached back out to the store manager just so that they could protect other customers by checking their pumps and making sure that nobody else’s card does not get scammed. speaking to the store manager and explaining to her I was not blaming the store but just trying to help them prevent other customers from the same experience the store manager was rude told me I needed to call my bank ( which was the first priority). Told me she would go out and check them I watched her walk out the store to go empty trash cans not once looking at any of the pumps.

Zero stars. Skip this location and go to Green Rd. They usually only have one register open and about 5-10 people in line. Ok, pass it on but also the supervisors are the problem at this location. Not the cashiers.
