This Center is unresponsive and unhelpful. They do not provide a phone number on their correspondence. They do not return phone calls or respond to correspondence by mail. They do not even answer the phone. They do not check IDES or IllinoisJobLink records for existing registrants or participants. Very unprofessional.

Many good programs for job training. More people should know about free money available to learn a useful trade or skill. However they need a better class of people at the wia reception desk. I'm not interested in hearing your tacky …
