Terrible sevice. I ordered a fruit arrangement with birthday balloon and paid for an extra balloon and cupcakes to surprise a dear person on their birthday. The store delivered the arrangement one day late with old fruit, no birthday balloon nor cupcakes. This is my first horrible experience with edible arrangements. I never had this experience with the stores here in OH. This store ruined the birthday surprise and sent a disgraceful arrangement with un edible fruit.

My husband tried to surprise me on Valentine’s Day and it showed delivered but was never delivered. No one ever called us to tell us they were here. Called the store was told that we would get a call back after it was investigated. No call back. Called them back and was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. Had to hang up and call again and just request refund. This location ruined our Valentine’s Day. Please pick another location if you truly want the person to be happy and actually surprised.

I was in the store today at 12:25 pm everyone was very nice !! but I didn't realized on till I got home that I payed $6.60 for a smoothie and forgot to claim my 40 cents change back, I give Alesia 7 dollars , 5 and two singlesOh bummer, one step away from that perfect experience. We really appreciate hearing from you, Edith. We'll make sure we provide you with an even better service next time you order!

Excellent service. Friendly staff. I ordered for pick-up, that day I was running late and they called for a friendly reminder to let me know that my order was ready for pick-up. Highly recommended. Easy 30min park with flashing lights in front.Sounds like everything went smoothly! Thank you for the review, Hector!
