There are two stages, and there are often two different performances happening concurrently. As mentioned by others, there are sometimes q&a sessions after a performance, not sure if there are other talks etc.
There's always hope, I suppose. I saw a couple of the players after "The Closet" the other night. But I don't like to invade their space.

I'd say no, but I try to be presentable. Summer business casual, I would say.
