We have been waiting for a tractor for 6 months. Would have absolutely gone to another dealer if Rural king would have been honest and up front about the shipping delays. Their own employees don't have a phone number for leadership. They have to email to get responses and even then, they cannot provide accurate shipping updates. Tractor Bill has been as helpful as he can, but his own company wont even provide him with accurate info or a phone number so that he can be informed. I am shocked that they can even stay in the tractor business because of their poor practices. Now our tractor is sitting on a trailer in Waverly "waiting for a driver to ship it to Heath". No one has a clue when it will be here. We asked if we could just go get it ourselves and were refused that option. I highly doubt it's on a trailer. We have probably been lied to about that too. I'll believe it exists when it's sitting in my driveway. Is that going to take another 6 months? Super disappointing. So many projects we've had to put off because of your poor service.

Customer Service needs serious improvement. I Tried 3 Departments and Nobody answered the Phone at all. I suggest a Job Fair, Immediate Hire,&Friendly Service a requirement. Most days I usually love this store, but very disappointed from previous experience!

Friendly staff! Fast unloading. I arrived there at 5 AM for a 10 AM delivery appointment. They took me right away. I was done in 45 minutes. Keep up the good work

The Waverly Rural King was a good shopping experience, the place is clean and the employees are helpful! I also was very pleased when I had to return a cost that I bought but had lost the receipt, the customer service lady took the time to look up the receipt for me based on a few key facts to prove which receipt was mine. Bottom line,the receipt was found and my money was returned!!

I had a bad experiance with the one in waverly ohio the old guy at gun counter treated me like i was a poor pearson had a fit an made snotty remarks when i wanted to see a pistol an me an my wife was gonna buy 2 glocks for conceal carry but we will not buy a gun there nor do we shop there cause of the old guy at gun counter i was so embarrassed an madd at the same time
