I booked an extended stay for September 2022 and called to request for early check-in as I expected to be in the area at noon. The woman I spoke with on the phone wasn’t pleasant about the request, even after I mentioned my Wyndham Diamond status, and hung up on me. I will be cancelling my reservation and going elsewhere that can accommodate a noon early checkin. I would not recommend.

Positive: The location was great. Negative: The night staff looked like she rolled out of bed and went to work. She was not friendly at all. The hotel needs some major upgrades and deep cleaning in the common areas. The hallway and common area smells musty. The room wasn' bad, was worth the money

Positive: Friendly staff, helpful owner. Hotel was actively being updated. Clean room, very hot water for shower,. TV was able to hook up to firestick. Cold A/C. Quiet location. Pet friendly. Negative: No elevator but I didn't have a problem with that. Stains on one towel, didn't ask for new one. Bed was a little hard, had metal boxspring, still not that bad. Toilet didn't fill after using bathroom before we left. Really for the price I'd stay again.

Staff was friendly but room definitely needed a good scrubbing ...im not even sure they changed the sheets on the bed!! My mom went to take a shower and said she opened one of the wash cloths and it looked like feces on the inside...my daughter ran around for about 10 mins on the carpet and ended up with a cake of dirt on the bottom of her feet ...there were random wet spots on the carpet that soaked my socks...the bed was so terribly uncomfortable I didn't get any sleep...the location was idle and the privacy was good but overall I wouldn't stay again unless I were bringing both my dogs and not my child
