Called to donate approx 100 pairs of NEW unworn shoes in the boxes and indiv hung up on me after stating I should call back in 3 weeks

I like the color coordination of the clothes, organized and clean. Way too overpriced though, they get all their stuff for free and still over charge just like if you’re going into a department store. Lady worker with glasses had a nasty attitude though. Please hire people who are respectful and nice to the buyers.

I drop off my items. Not sure if they pick up

Do I need to make an appointment to drop off items? Any special things to know other than reviewing what is on the accepted list? Is each item evaluated or can I just drop boxes and furniture off if I do not need a tax form?
