We ordered new salon chairs from Minerva; excited to see good quality with a reasonable cost. Delivery would not deliver indoors, they wouldn’t give a certain day/time, and the quality is super low…the hinges installed by the manufacturer are causing the chairs to be wobbly. Customer service was not helpful during shipment or troubleshooting the chairs. We regret ordering from Minerva and will not do so again.

I only want to buy a small mobile styling station. The cost was $700 which is obviously over priced but I've been happy with the quality of other items I have purchased in the past, so fine, I'll bite. The shipping is what is ridiculous. $250 for 1 item!? So I called customer service to see if there was another option. I understand they ship very large and heavy items and need to ensure they arrive in one piece - however in there shipping FAQ's it says they don't even guarantee a no damage delivery. Pretty Scam-y. Way to have your customers pay for YOUR business costs. They told me because it's over the weight of 75lbs there isn't anything they could do. (which is weird considering they had sent me another stool that never arrived from my order- free shipping- no questions asked). I guess they pick and choose who they want to help? I decided I still wanted/ needed the item and wanted to use Klarna as a financing option but I didn't want to finance their extreme shipping, so I called customer service again to see if I could pay shipping separately. Nope. The customer service girl mindlessly replied to my question, " I can take your card over the phone".

DO NOT BUY THEIR PROCESSING LAMPS. Their bases are cheap and are completely unusable. They offered for me to purchase new bases because I was 6 months past their one year warranty. But at $400 a lamp I would hope they would last longer than a year and a half….. I bought some at buyrite beauty and have had them for 5 years and they are still working great. Wish I just went with them again.

Horrible customer service. They forgot to ship my box with my hardware for my shampoo bowls in it. I live in Wa . It takes a few days to get anything from there . I had to improvise and buy a kitchen sink to use for two days until I found a product on Amazon that could work . It’s not like you can buy salon shampoo hoses anywhere . When I contacted them they said they need pictures and receipts which I happily sent. They came back with $70 to reimburse me when I had to spend an additional $200+ for extra parts! I have heard from several others now after the fact they aren’t good to work with . Don’t waste your money .
