I had a tour a couple of weeks ago, the leasing person showed me around and gave me prices. I think his name was David, he was really nice and kind. The property is located in a very great location and its clean and very nice.

Very negative experience living here and will not recommend to anyone. Maintenance does not respond to work orders, shoveling walk ways and plowing during snow storms is very disorganized, maintenance of the property and grounds has gone downhill, etc. Several instances of loud banging, noise, and building damage at all hours of the night (one of which triggered a fire and the evacuation of the building in the winter months at night) are never addressed by property management. Astronomical prices, trash and litter seldom taken care of and pile up outside the dumpster. Stay clear of this place. Note: we have not had our dryer fixed for over a month despite several calls and e-mails to maintenance and management.

The Lux at Stoughton is a great property with a private setting but super close to everything that you need. The management is extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a new apartment!!
