I walked in rap music blasting I didn't mind ,but no one greeted me when I walked in, although they seen me , the guy with the braids his name tag was sunny baby I think , he was very rude, he wanted to make sure he showed guests that he didn't want to be there. Unfortunately its bad for business and more importantly his own reputation, the way he was taking my order was ridiculous like a pouty Lil kid . He was also rude to the next guests. I ordered a coconut, strawberry drink with no boboa and 3 macaroon cookies I gave 3 stars because the drink was amazing and the macaroons were great as for the guy working the front he should be fired. Period that's why I took two stars away .

the worst service of all the boba, very rude staff, they have a very loud rap music! It was a terrifying experience, they make you wait for your drinks outside the store, they take time to attend because they are too busy talking on their cell phones, I took the trouble to make a video! my worst experience

This is a nice spot with some great kambucha and flavored teas, I love their breakfast burrito with the bacon and sausage. The coffees awesome and the atmosphere has somewhat of a buzz. Just a shame they don't serve the burritos on the weekend.

It’s 9:10 pm and the girl at front refused to serve me anything except ice tea or milk tea because it was closing time. She even admitted it. IT’S 9:10 !! They’re almost closing an hour early. I asked for a strawberry ice tea and she told me they were out of it?! like really? I guess it’s too complicated the one I got, they want to do the very bare minimum when it’s close to “ closing time” I would understand if I walked in 10-15 minute prior but common it’s almost an hour. They’re just lazy. Besides that if that wasn’t enough, she told me they were short of personal when it’s a small store and there is 2 guys in the back just standing there looking like they could do something more elaborated than ice tea and they are all listening to incredibly loud music. I’m serious, it was like a club. I could not get my order until they turned it off for a minute. If they are not tired from listening to loud music why are they tired to make frappes ?
