I bought my 1st Subaru this September. I bought a 2022 Forester Wilderness from Planet Subaru. What a pleasure my whole experience was from beginning to end, thanks to Justin. I had been to a variety other dealerships and no one had any stock, resulting in extensive wait times for vehicle delivery as well as adding a "market adjustment charge". The salespeople I spoke with were dismissive. Then I walked into Planet Subaru and met Justin. I didn't know much about Subaru. He was extremely patient, very informative and responsive to my questions. He helped guide me through the different models until I found the one that I fell in love with. I am so happy that I discovered Planet Subaru and my awesome salesperson Justin. Without hesitation, I would purchase from them again in the future.

We bought our car here and they were so nice and we bring it back for service because they continue to be professional and nice. They do a great job and always finish when they say it will be done. We use their loaner car program and while the car is being serviced we find a place to hike. We live north of Boston and would rather drive out here than deal with the dealerships closer to us. Being courteous goes a long way.

Any dealership with dogs and the easiest folks to deal with is my kind of dealership. I think "undealership" fits Planet Subaru perfectly. I worked with and made a new friend in Amelia who was understanding, easy going and eager to please. It was as unstressful as a large purchase could be! It is my second Subaru and if I live long enough it won't be my last!!!
