Most of my visits go off with out a hitch but whoever the guy was taking in store orders today really needs to work on his listening and comprehension skills. After he had me repeat my rather basic order over again three times, I resorted to yelling it out over the trashy EDM going on in the background. He still managed to get my name (pretty simple and common one) AND the order WRONG. Also, they are geared towards drive-thru and mobile order customers. Don't waste your time parking and doing a traditional 'walk-in' order, they took 10 minutes to get a mocha ready for me. You are not a priority as a Walk in customer, and that's apparent after their redesign took out all the seating, presumably because they had too many vagrants and junkies trying to hang out there near Aurora Avenue.

FYI there is no longer indoor seating after the recent remodel. No public restroom either. The inside does have a nice lobby, which includes a large mobile pick-up area. You'll probably get faster service inside vs. waiting in the drive-thru line.
