Front desk staff not pleasant and rude. Vet was good. No issues on. However, the vet tech (middle aged women with glasses) moves with no purpose when verifying the paperwork. Both times brought my dogs to this location and it took at least 30-40 mins just to check them in because she has issues checking them in on the computer and asking us questions that we checked yes or no on the preliminary sheet they make us fill out before being checked in. What’s the point in filling out the paperwork about their health if it’s going to be disregarded and asked again literally question for question by her? She moves at a snails pace. It’s quite frustrating that a simple process takes her a good chunk of time. I get efficiency and ensuring all boxes are covered on her end, but good golly. We cringe every time we see her come out the door to assist. Also, save the “we’re sorry…” copy and paste reply. Thank you.

I have never spoke to a nastier veterinarian. I’ve worked with animal rescues and veterinarians for years, and I’ve never met such an I’ll mannered, rude, careless and entitled Veterinarian. If you do not care about animals, or getting them the treatment they need (especially after it’s been delayed 4 days after being seen) then you do not belong in this business. Absolutely disgusting.

Calling in the morning to stop my care with them. Every time we see a different vet and each time they have no idea what my dog has been treated for or what he needs. They ask me what different reports said and why he is taking different medications. They should know that! My dog has been having various symptoms for months now and they still haven’t figured out what’s wrong. Through there slow and inattentive care they will let your dog get sick. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

My cat has been peeing blood for 3 weeks. I call every single day and finally they get back to me and tell me nothing is wrong. I pay every month for the optimum wellness plan, yet it takes the vet two weeks to even look at my cat. Horrible, I am so disappointed and I pray that nothing life threatening is wrong with my cat. So sad that the team here doesn’t even care.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 9, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 9, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
