There is absolutely no reason for a drive thru to take 30 min. To complete. I arrived at 6:30 pm, nearly 20 min later and still have not been able to place an order. WTH? Poor management and improper training...I managed one of the busiest Arby's in Michigan and our drive thru was 90 sec from order to window.

We waited in the drive thru for an hour. No sense of urgency from two female employees. It appeared that the gentleman making our food also took our payment. "Jada" is the employee name on our receipt. I guess she took the order. Food was good, but you lost a customer.

Well let's see here going to do this Arby's review again, I pulled in at 1:59 there's right many people in the Drive-Thru. the dining room is open now, it wasn't before the numerous times that I came and was in the Drive-Thru for way too long. Hoping that it goes better since it's daytime and the dining room is open maybe that means they have more staff inside. I guess we'll see. Well the time is now 2:12 I can see the speaker to order, but I'm still sitting in the Drive-Thru I'm the 6th car. And there are two more cars behind me. so it does look like there is at least a demand that's pretty high for Arby's, looks like plenty of people like, I mean its good food. I've moved up another space I can now see that the drive-thru menu board is open on one side and missing a panel. I hope there wasn't any good deals on that. They just came on to take the cars order that's in front of me. The time now is 217. the person that comes over speaker box did not sound pleased. "welcome to Arby's order when you're ready" in a very tired and I'm over it type of tone. So at 2:20 I order my sandwich, my one sandwich and that's all. "I'd like one double roast beef sandwich that's all please" she says "5.95" . No thank you no anything she didn't ask me if that was all she didn't ask me if I needed anything else you didn't offer me a drink none of that. Now I'm not sure if I'm even welcome here, judging from all of that. It didn't sound very welcoming. Oh but wait there is one shining little ray of sunshine in this whole mess as I pull to the window at 2:28 the girl who greets me is beaming. She says she'll have my order right out after she gives my card back and when she asked me for sauce she actually put it in the bag and then she told me to have a great day. I do not know what the difference in these two employees is maybe it's a bad day maybe the other one is just kind of tired of having to be the person that works at Arby's catching all the flack for the long waits in the Drive-Thru and things like that. But I'll tell you what the girl at the window saved the Day. I didn't give any stars when I started this review but I'm going to go ahead and give it four. I was in the drive-through line for almost 30 minutes to get one sandwich but they were pretty busy. It does look like things have gotten a little better since the dining room open maybe or it could be because I came in the daytime? needless to say though I'm really glad that girl was at the window because other than that I was not having a good experience at Arby's. I wish I'd have gotten her name.

Went through the drive thru, lobby closed due to being short staff. Still the wait wasn't too long. Worth it to be able to get a roast beef sandwich. Not the best made one I have received. The chicken is what we wanted to try, but was out of stock. Most of the items people want seem to be. The staff were polite like most visits. They have always been over the years. Also we received the correct condiments to go along with our order. The Curly fries were hot and fresh. Those alone are a great reason to visit. Thanks.

The Greek gyro has seasoned Turkey, lettuce, tomato, Greek sauce, and red onion. And it's great!
