Nice place to sit and watch/feed the birds and squirrels. You can go fishing or just have a stroke while watching the sun set over the lake. 4th of July and New Years parades on the lake.

It does have a few homeless people it is a safe park for a daily stroll
I don't believe so on the Bible study maybe you can do your own and they have tables I believe or at least benches for a picnic
There are a few seats. There is a large grassy area where you can bring your own seats or blanket.
Not really the best park for dogs has a little children area that's fenced in by the lake near the pool but that's the best you're going to get
