Customer service is poor! I called to inquire, the phone was answered but not my question. I only had one! She hung up on me and I know this to be true because I tried calling back, received no response. I've waited almost one week to see if she would return the call, it hasn't happened. This establishment is not around the corner trip for me so I wanted to reach out to ensure that what I was seeking was available before driving 40 minutes, however, after my experience I wouldn't even walk here to spend my money even if it was next door to my house.

They have different sizes of plates and different sizes of boxes for your transport. If it is for a cake of 2 floors or more, special care is recommended. Thanks
