I live in the Orlando area, and we have wonderful restaurants. At this restaurant I had the scallop bisque soup and it was cold, and the overall meal was cold. Service was very very good though. And of course the scenery was outstanding. I would give it a 3.5 -4.0 rating.

The chefs 4 course meal was delicious! Between my wife and I, we had the scallop bisque, salmon hot rock, oyster Rockefeller, crispy duck, dry aged NY strip, chocolate caramel mousse, and the peanut butter and mascarpone tart. The bisque was our favorite! The duck skin was pretty chewy but the taste was great! The sorbet was not my favorite. It tasted pretty earthy. The staff was very professional and accommodating! The views are why you go here! Food is secondary!

No dress code but should dress nice. Our wives had cocktails and my brother in law and I had beer.
No official dress code, but shirt & footwear required. Alaska, even in upscale restaurants, range from casual to formal in the same venue, such as Seven Glaciers.

The hotel is at the bottom of the mountain, the restaurant is at the top of the mountain, the tram connects the 2.
