Greetings To One and All! St Jude Catholic Church was the first Catholic Church that I ever stepped into on the occasion of my nephew's entrance into the Catholic Faith at the Easter Vigil of 2010. I just knew there was something really Special and I could not put my finger on it. As it turns out, I began to study The Sacred Scriptures and The Sacred Traditions of The Catholic Church and discovered that my Christian Faith could only go so far as a United Methodist Minister of 8 years. At the time of my conversion my wife and I had been attending an Independent Baptist Church in Christiansburg, Va for 10 years. All my life I have heard the invitation of Our Lord Jesus to Go Deeper than I have ever been in my Christian Faith. I took up the challenge to know Our Lord Jesus and His Church He established with The 12 Disciples in 33 AD. St.Jude is a warm and friendly small parish compared to other Catholic Churches that continues to celebrate The Sacraments of Her Faith, and be apart of some Great Works blended with Great Faith to further The Kingdom of God on this side of Heaven. I extend an Open Invitation to EveryOne to stop by and pay us a visit. Mass times are daily from Tuesday to Sun. Father Charles is our priest, pastor and friend and carries on the Living Legacy of those Shepherds who have gone before him. Please take some time and stop by, remember when one is on the property of any Catholic Church, one is On Holy Ground For Jesus Is Always Present In The Tabernacle But For Holy Thursday and Good Friday Where He is Present In The Monstrance In The Form of His Body for Eucharistic Adoration. Peace and Blessings, Skip Mathis, K of C #11639 St Jude Council Membership Chairman, Parish Council, Extra Ordinary Minister of The Eucharist, St. Martha's Banquet.
