Hi Chris! I would recommend a 3 day Classic Cleanse for a beginning. You could also start with a One Day cleanse and add on as you go. Ideally building up to a five or ten day cleanse. Currently all staff is masked and gloved. Guest need a mask. Only 2 guest at a time 6 feet apart. Staff is behind protective shield.
