As a veteran myself, this company is unacceptable in their business practices. THIS COMPANY IS A HOT MESS. Ordered $450 worth of merchandise from BJs Warehouse. It was picked up by AIT the day after shipping notification, from a BJs retail warehouse less than 1 hour from the delivery address. 3 weeks later and 8 calls to BJs, no one knew where the order went, supervisors reached out to AIT transport & logistics MULTIPLE times to find out why the order wasn't delivered despite it being scheduled by BJs over and over again. AIT HAD THE MERCHANDISE BUT WAS NOT DELIVERING IT. BJs didn't want to refund me the money at first because the merchandise had been picked up by AIT 2 DAYS AFTER IT WAS SHIPPED BY BJS, and should've arrived, but finally a BBB complaint AFTER 3 WEEKS OF FIGHTING FOR MY DELIVERY, got BJs executive team to realize there was a big problem. I was finally refunded. I called, emailed, complained, did surveys, anything I could to get AIT to communicate on where our order was PRIOR TO DEMANDING A REFUND. AIT never communicated with me, never responded to BJs no matter how many times the merchant and I tried to figure out what is going on. 48 hours after BJs executive team issued me a refund, suddenly AIT was interested in delivering the merchandise they had in their possession over 3 weeks. NOPE. I told them to take it up with the merchant because I was already refunded for lack of fulfillment. 3 weeks to deliver a few pallets of groceries less than 1 hour from where they picked it up. CLEARLY LOGISTICS ISN'T A STRONG SUIT FOR THIS COMPANY WITH 1 JOB TO DO- LOGISTICS.

Just plain terrible. I ordered my tv in February, they delivered and set it up at the wrong persons house! Sams Club sent me another TV and I have been waiting 3 weeks. I think the customer service is completely clueless, they don't know whats going on! I have ordered stuff from CHINA that got here quicker! I cannot believe SAMS CLUB uses this company for anything! Im furious!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. No updates in tracking info, no calls. Customer service is a joke and doesn't even know the location of the last whereabouts. Use UPS or FedEx, this company is not professional!
