Service was poor from the door. We waited an hour for our food in an almost empty restaurant. When we did get our food it was cold, our server blatantly ignored me as I stood by the table after raising my hand and calling for her just a couple feet away. The manager seen me and came over. After I explained he simply took the food to have it remade after another 30 mins we decided to just leave. I again attempted to get the server to pay for our drinks and the appetizer but again was ignored for another 10 mins before we just walked out. In the mean time we seen other tables walk out as well.

Love the burgers here and the endless fries. Always some kind of special so it's not overpriced for a date night.

Maybe it's because we had a large party? Maybe it's because server had so many tables, Idk.... but by the time we received our food it was cold, we only seen our waitress two times, once to order and once when served, no drink refills, no additional sauce, forget about the "bottomless" salad and fries. We were extremely disappointed.
