The front desk person was extremely helpful and I appreciate her kindness. UNEXPECTED because you don’t get her kind of help at any other Dr. Office, inner staff was also very helpful since this was my first time there. It was an emergency visit and had extremely hard time to get in for a visit. 1hour phone waits to be told they would switch me to the proper dept. another 40 minutes finally someone told me “emergency’s accepted as 7:30 walk-in first time there door opened @ 7:45, told one Dr didn’t show up come back tomarrow Tues. Came back Wednesday door opened and she indicated they didn’t open till 7:45, I was told by phone “7:30” no big deal but I had just about walked away. Because I didn’t think they were open. 😅 Overall I’m very thankful I could get In for a visit and I appreciate everyone’s help and thoughtfulness 😊

Today was my first time visiting this location and I have to say everyone (from the front desks to the back) was exceptionally kind, good hospitality, with good customer service. The PA-C Shantell was very knowledgeable and the nurse Diane was very helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Hello, pediatrician, maybe they will help you, but the dentist for bad smells is not available until August. And for children, only the patients are being welcomed, but you can go and ask the clinic. sita i never is. With a dentist for my children I have never been in trouble, the pediatrician is a love with the children. I recommend that you go and ask yourself personally just what berries with mouth

They only accept emergency patients as walk ins. You haveto call at the first of each monthto tryto get a slot for new patients. I tried for almost 3 years and finally went to Apopka
