Love this place awesome waitress and great food

We were seated right away. However, we weren't greeted by a server until 10 minutes later. Salads were brown, soup was warm not hot, food took 40 minutes to come out. Definitely not our typical Carrabba's experience. Very disappointing.

I agree with quality concerns. Meat portions seem smaller, also. However, still very good and all the favorites are still available. I probably would have no quality or value concerns if I did not know how it was previously.
I'm not positive, but I think I saw a note on the menu about gluten free items. I'd call and ask them.
