I purchased a frozen dinner from Fifth Generation Farms called Chicken and wild rice casserole and also purchased chicken pot pies. Pot pies had cooking instruction but casserole didn't. Can you tell what they are?

I believe they are the same. (350 until hot) I personally took mine out the tin and cooked it in a pan. To make it look liked I cooked it.

Looking for organically raised beef bones to make bone broth. Do you have any and if so what are the price per pound. Thanks!
