Came here for dinner since they didn't have a wait. The restaurant was clean, but the service was terrible. Waited over 25 min for drinks to be brought out. The server spilled beer all over a member of our group. She said she was getting a replacement, but never did. After more than 20 min, another member of our group went to the bar and got him a new beer. Our meals didn't come for over an hour. The server claimed she got him a replacement drink and even argued with him about it. I cannot rate this establishment any lower or I would. Avoid this location. Perhaps others are better, but I can't recommend this location to anyone in good conscience. The manager comped the check but I'll never return here. I would suggest you look elsewhere to get dinner.

Amazing I would have to say on the top 10 restaurants that I have ever been to the prices were a little high but worth every penny of it the waiter Aussie if you go there ask for him he is spectacular his appointment when it comes to making sure that your food is delivered or warm and making sure that if you have anything that you need or want he's right there I mean amazing great job Ozzy the restaurant was so clean and the food oh my goodness so delicious definitely a five-star Plus restaurant amazing great job everybody I can't wait to see you again with my first time and definitely not my last time going to O'Charley's

Food is good. Service is normally good. Delivery orders have been problematic for me. They forgot to put in my family salad last order. Said they would send a gift card that never showed up. This time, my extra roll order was not there. Just be certain orders get checked for correctness before leaving the restaurant.

Worst experience ever!!!! I ordered a bud light and the server came back and said we were out of bud light so I got you a Miller light. I feel like she should have come back and ask if I preferred anything else… I don’t think she should …Hi, Michael. We’re so sorry about the disappointing service and food. I did not notice that as i didnt have kids with me. Most chain restaurants have a kids eat free day. Check the website or give them a call!
