Excellent experience in two areas: First, the purchase experience. Working with Jay on selection and pricing was a remarkably pleasant experience. He responded quickly to questions, and provided clear and accurate answers. BBM's pricing on our new multi-function copier was highly competitive, installation was as promised and follow-up has been outstanding. Second, service after the sale. We entered a service agreement with BBM on our machine. Again, the pricing was highly competitive. Supplies are delivered timely, and the response time to the few service issues we've had has been excellent. BBM is certainly not the first such company we've done business with, but the experience thus far has been superior.
