Prominent signage alerting shoppers that Lowe's adheres to current county requirements for mask use. Very high mask compliance at this store.
I would check their website, I'd they do carry it it will likely be listed on their site. If it is you should be able to get it shipped to your local Lowe's. As for not answering the phone the Lowe's I went to was seriously understaffed. An hour before closing and NOONE was in the garden center, I had to carry a 35lb bag of soil through the store to check out.
