Should be a zero star option! Nasty gross dried out over greased chicken. This completely ruined my KFC experience. Many other better options in town for fried chicken.

There was an older couple who went in thinking that the dining area was open, there was a working sitting at one of the tables it looked like with a couple of friends eating. The older gentlemen was asking about if it was open, and the employee was being rude and very condescending to this older gentleman. There was no need for him to act that way. When I informed one of the other employees about his actions, Nothing was done. I was still sitting in my car when I saw the other employee walk over to the table, and they all laughed. I called to talk to the manager and was told he wasn't available. Shame on this place for treating people so rudely.
