One of my absolute favorite wineries! The staff is always very helpful and attentive. The back deck seating is so nice with the umbrellas to keep you shaded when it's hot. I was raised in Goochland but moved out of state a few years back. I always make sure to plan a vist Elk island when I am in town. It's the perfect local spot to get all the girls together to play card games and drink delicious wine. 10/10 recommend. Also their Sangria is amazing!
