Would NEVER recommend Gwiz & Gwiz to anyone. They charged us $1700 to repair our leather couch with what supposed to be real leather and the couch is now in worse shape than it was before they re-upholstered it! We have left several messages asking them to correct the problem, and they will not return our calls. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Below is a photo of what our leather couch now looks like based on the poor quality of material they used, which was not leather as we were told!

Don't waste your time like I did. I emailed pictures of the three items I wanted to have reupholstered or slipcovered along with their dimensions and was given an estimate over the phone. I then made an appointment for someone to come to my home and prior to the person arriving I was told that the estimate was not correct and that the price would be about double of what I was originally told. This was literally 15 minutes before the person was supposed to arrive at my home. Now, I understand that an estimate is just that; however, to be that far off is not the way to run a business. In addition, my time was wasted waiting for the appointment date and then finding out 15 minutes before the appointment time that I would have to pay double for the services I needed.
