First visit last visit! This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. The staff are RUDE and un friendly. I was their for over 2 1/2 hours and out of that literally did not see or speak with a doctor or nurse for more than 10 minutes. The nurse was so rude I have no idea what my temperature or blood pressure was because she didn't feel the need to speak to me at all. Left in the room for over 30 minutes waiting on the doctor who comes in and shows no interest in me as a new patient never looked me in the eyes just typed away wrote a script and walked out. Less than 10 minutes with a new patient and just writes a script. All the bad reviews on here are 100% accurate.

I know a person who helped Dr. Sapranova open her office & at first she was great with my friend, then my friend told me that she was telling patients who were 10lbs overweight that they were gonna die if they didn't lose a few pounds. Many patients left her office in tears. Then she wouldn't authorize any meds she was prescribing, & made a huge deal out of that. After a year went by my friend couldn't handle the way she was treating her patients & employees, Dr. Sapranova was very ungrateful for all the hard work my friend did to help her get the office open & running, she had enough & decided to leave. My friend has been in the medical field for over 25 years & ran several Dr.'s offices with great success, my told me that was the worst doctor she ever worked for & would NEVER recommend this Dr. to anyone!! Take this as a serious warning!!

I've been coming here since 2009. I've never had any problems with Dr. Saprounova or Nurse Practitioners. If I have any questions, they're always very helpful and caring. They also address you by name before you even say your name, when coming in for an appointment. Everyone there are very nice, professional and on point with their work. The only way I will stop coming, is if they close down. Also, I see where someone wrote a review saying the wait time be long. Don't forget everyone, has different reasons to come to the Doctor, especially new patients. It's going to have your wait time longer. I love you guys!! Keep up the good work!! 😇🙏🏽👌🏾🤗🤗🙌🏾❤️
