The guy was really nice, and he honestly thought the information he gave me was accurate, but it happens. The important thing is he made it right without a hassle. The lack of response from the contact email was disheartening, but I don't really know the circumstances, maybe there was a reason they never got back to me. They're worth a check out, and they're going to be my go to vape store. Try to remember they're human too, in an industry that our "Business Friendly" Commonwealth is actively trying to screw over as much as possible.

Jerk sold me 4 bad yocan coils, 2 separate occasions. Drove 10 miles one way there just so he can act like I’m trying to rip him off and tell me he can’t refund or exchange because they’re “slightly used” 2 coils had been untouched. He looked at them for a second, said they should work and there’s nothing he could do. Other coils work in my vape, keep the $20 bud. Consider it charity.

If you're a loyal customers then it's a very great place to shop. Most employees are very knowledgeable about everything in the shop. The glass is overpriced but with loyalties discounts it makes it worth shopping there. The owners is very bias but is rarely there. I've sent everyone I know there n recommend being a loyal customers or just go to modern vapes down the st, no need to be a loyal customers there prices are always on point plus, being a loyal customers there is great opportunity for below pricing.

Went here to purchase the IPV D3, they didn't have a black device in stock, so they let me buy the display model. Took them 5 seconds to decide and they catered to my needs. Extremely professional. Unlike other shops in town or in Mass, their devices never fail or have the same faults as other stores.
