The bagels used to be fresh and they kept them up front in the display case. Now they hide the bagels in the back and they ain't fresh . very stale bread . thanks for wasting my time and money. Took ten minutes to butter a stale bagel. Not going here again . this is why business can't make money poor service and products!. I have had way better bagels . What is the problem?

Literally was almost done with my sandwich and I noticed the egg is blue.Hey Kiara, First off, I’d like to apologize for your experience . I already issued you the refund as you had requested. However, upon reviewing your order I realized that you asked for onions on your sandwich. The onions we carry are red onions which sometimes turn blue when they are inside a hot sandwich. This is probably the cause for your egg turning that bluish hue that looked unappetizing to you.
