The adult librarian, Mariel went above and beyond to help me with my computer help, from signing up with library cards to computer issues that I had, and also helped my son with library help upstairs in the children's room. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. Great customer service and that's why I will return to the Richmondtown Library because it is a nice experience. Marissa the manager, also helped me and addressed any questions I had. Thank you!

Went there twice so far, downstairs’ ( first floor) staffs have poor service .

I wonder the same thing. Would've been nice to drop off our books pre quaranteen.
