I have purchased 2 cars here and have used them for service for 5 years- the service dept is top notch! No matter who helps me the rep is always friendly and recommends the right service at reasonable price. Visited Saturday and needed to use my extended warranty plan and Marilyn spent over an hour dealing with it to get the issue covered and taken care of same day! I will always recommend this dealership and service department.

Don't waste your time going there I was looking for a new car they told me I would have to wait to see what came in on the truck and I would have to purchase it sight unseen and never having a chance to test drive it I gave them my name and number they never followed up with me never called me to say that anything came in it was a complete waste of my time. I had thousands of dollars to put down I had a decent trade in and I still never heard back from them.. very disappointed.. I thought Subaru was a good brand II love how they make donations around Christmas time I thought they were a reputable company but I will never waste my time with them again

I had a very good experience at Subaru of Port Richey. I had to take my Outback in for a recall notification. The whole process was very easy from scheduling my appointment to picking up my Outback after the Service. Spencer my Service Rep. was excellent to deal with. He explained what was going on and how long it was going to take. They were on time and so far the there has not been any issues.

Not the greatest selection. We wandered around for a while looking at cars before we went inside to seek someone out to ask about a car we were interested in. Once we were able to take it for a test drive we came back to find the appraisal cost In our Ford Focus RS. The sale representative informed us our car was practically worthless. We swiftly left due to the ignorance and disrespect of the staff.

Not sure this is the place to ask...
Subaru is a very large facility. We felt very safe the whole car buying process. We wore masks, the salesman and staff also wore masks. They sanitized the desk area after the previous customers. They supplied a mask of you needed one. Go buy a new SUBARU, we did!
