My five star rating definitely goes to Howard! A colleague of mine referred him to me and when I arrived, he was outside holding the door open for me. No pressure, and he did everything he could to get the number I was looking for. Howard made this my best car buying experience ever. My last comment goes towards the ownership: you get 4 stars for not including extras like a simple window tint after incurring the extra 'add-on' fees and getting a very NICE trade in with low miles. I got the pleasure of working with Victoria in my first “big girl” purchase. She helped find me the perfect car and so quickly at that. When we thought there was going to be problems with my payment amount she took the time to walk me through the options and we ended up being able to come to an agreement! And then there is Rob in finance, he did his best to work with numbers to get my payment down as low as possible and still getting a great warranty for my car! This is the first time I’ve gone to a dealership that didn’t try to shove something I can’t afford down my throat. Victoria & Rob definitely earned a lifetime customer!!
